Letters to the locked-in: Simon Evans

From the night of Friday 16 October for two weeks, the 223 residents of West House in Homerton - mainly freshers who had only arrived in Cambridge a couple of weeks earlier - had to self-isolate in their rooms. Many alumni contacted us to show their sympathy, support and solidarity.

This message is from Simon Evans (BA Education with English and Drama, 2003-6), co-founder of Myriad Immersive, and writer, director and star of the BBC’s comedy Staged with Michael (Christopher) Sheen and David (John) Tennant, which ought to go into some sort of national archive as a chronicle of how everyone’s lives moved online in 2020.

Simon Evans

Founder of Myriad Immersive, screenwriter, actor and theatre director. BA 2003-6 in English, Education and Drama.
